The quality that good food brings to your life is unlimited, and open ended. I'm suddenly interested in the following question: How much time and money is required to sustain a diet that is completely immune to complaint? Ok, so that's a totally personal question, agreed. And there will be as many answers as people answering the question. It begs for sub-questions like "How often would such a diet include smoked Gouda?" But perhaps you, the internet, can help me refine it. Where do you draw the line in high food value for low time/money invested? And do those choices end in your having a diet beyond reproach?
